Patient developed Intertrigo sores, an inflammatory skin condition that occurs where skin rubs against itself, especially in warm, moist areas like in-between fat, armpits, groin, or between thighs. Intertrigo is a common and treatable skin condition that can lead to an infection. It often happens in skin folds where your skin rubs together. The friction causes inflammation that looks like a red, bumpy rash. Intertrigo is a common inflammatory skin condition that's caused by skin-to-skin friction that is intensified by heat and moisture.

Instructed Shift to make a mud pit for patient to cool self. Limit food to strict diet. Will need to make patient exercise on a regular basis to help reduce weight.

Patient needs to loose 10kg to be in normal weight range. Ideal if patient can loose 15kg bring him down to 40kg, patient would be more healthier and would reduce fat rolls causing temporary blindness from the inability to utilize eye lids.

Loc change to hospital aviary

Presenting morbidly obese. Dehydrated, unable to see, L tusk and hooves overgrown. L tusk is not growing into body yet but is rubbing against face while moving. Unable to evaluate R tusk but it is much smaller. Excess fat causing crevices behind ears, on cheeks, around eyes, and in leg pits with irritation suggesting possible skin infection. Tail is matted, skin breakage on tail, lightly bleeding. Active and alert.

Demeanor was very stressed, fractious at first but calmed down after soft speaking and access to water. Likes scratches behind ears and along body, does not like face being touched.

Cleaned behind ears with betadine and flushed eyes with saline.

Will likely need to be sedated or given more time to acclimate for full exam and trimming of tusk/hooves.
