Patient is extremely lethargic. Administered PT on both legs. Right leg still opening to 130 degrees, left leg is improving to 180 degrees. Right hock still inflamed and swollen but no longer leaking joint fluid. Patients developing keel sore is still unable to debride. Patient is down 74 grams but showing some interest in food. Going to offer 4 pinkies, if no interest shown we will start tube feeding. Giving modified bath in crab box because patient is defecating on self. Patient needs to be brought back in tomorrow for a follow up and wound care. Change status updates to every day-RP/DK
