Administered PT on both legs. Right leg still opening to 130 degrees, left leg is improving to 180 degrees.
Right hock still inflamed and swollen but no longer leaking joint fluid.
Patients developing keel sore is still unable to debride.
Patient is down 74 grams but showing some interest in food.
Going to offer 4 pinkies, if no interest shown we will start tube feeding. Giving modified bath in crab box because patient is defecating on self.

Patient needs to be brought back in tomorrow for a follow up and wound care.

Patient is refusing to stand or walk, mild keel sore developing not ready to debride. Hocks are stiff, both opening to 130 degrees. Wound on wing had significant necrotic tissue. Feces around vent from not moving, gave modified bath in crab box.

Cleaned and debrided wing wound and rewrapped with SSD.
Administered gabapentin

Start gabapentin
Schedule daily PT of both hocks
Schedule SUPERVISED baths in a crab box E3D

Wound on Left wing debrided, a lot of necrotic tissue present, bone shard sticking out of wound, area very swollen. Keel sore started. Laying in a lot of poop. Left leg joint hardened and swollen. Cont Rx, Tx. JG notified.
